She says the Boy Scouts failed to protect Kerry from a Scout leader whom they knew was a pedophile. The lawsuit forced the organization to release 15,000 pages of files, detailing sexual accusations against Scout leaders. The organization, itself, referred to the documents as "the perversion files."
